Job Summary (English):

The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, manages a team of service engineers, and maintains strong relationships with healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the service team to ensure timely and effective support.
• Plan and coordinate installation and maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with medical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide training and technical support to clients and internal staff.
• Maintain service records and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to support customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical equipment servicing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
• Ability to travel and work under pressure.

ဆားဗစ် မန်နေဂျာသည် ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာ စက်ပစ္စည်းများ၏ တပ်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းနှင့် ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းခြင်းများကို ကြီးကြပ်တာဝန်ယူရမည်။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအရည်အသွေးမြင့်မားစွာပေးနိုင်ရန်အတွက် အဖွဲ့ကို ဦးဆောင်ပြီး ဖောက်သည်များနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။

တာဝန်များ:

• ဆားဗစ်အဖွဲ့ကို ဦးဆောင်ပြီး အချိန်မီ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများပေးနိုင်ရန် စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
• စက်တပ်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှု အချိန်ဇယားများ စီစဉ်ခြင်း။
• စက်ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော နည်းပညာပိုင်း ပြဿနာများ ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။
• လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိစေရန် သေချာစေရန်။
• ဖောက်သည်များနှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများအတွက် နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ လေ့ကျင့်မှုများ ပေးခြင်း။
• ဝန်ဆောင်မှုမှတ်တမ်းများ ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး အစီရင်ခံစာများ ပြုစုခြင်း။
• ရောင်းအားနှင့် ထုတ်ကုန်အဖွဲ့များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းပြီး ဖောက်သည်လိုအပ်ချက်များ ဖြည့်ဆည်းခြင်း။

• ဦးဆောင်မှုနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်မှု ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ။
• အင်္ဂလိပ်စာနှင့် ကွန်ပျူတာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်မှုကောင်းမွန်သူ။
• ခရီးသွားနိုင်ပြီး ဖိအားအောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ။
