Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Officer
Location: MICT Park, Yangon
Reports To: FP&A Manager / Head of FP&A

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Forecasting
• Prepare and review annual budgets (modify quarterly to align with forecasts) and prepare business plans.
• Analyze historical data and trends to improve forecast accuracy.
• Support scenario planning and financial simulations for business strategies.

2. Management Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Prepare and deliver timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Perform KPI tracking to monitor financial and operational performance.
• Perform variance analysis (budget vs actual) and identify key business drivers.

3. Financial Analysis & Modeling
• Build and maintain financial models for investment evaluations, pricing analysis, and profitability studies.
• Provide various types of financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and profitability across business units.

4. Internal Control & Compliance
• Ensure alignment of financial practices with IFRS, local regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial planning records.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with functional departments (Sales, Operations, Business Development, HR) to gather and validate financial inputs.
• Contribute to strategic projects by providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Support initiatives related to process improvement and cost optimization.

Qualifications and Skills
• B. Com <or> LCCI Level 3 <or> Dip in IFR <or> ACCA Part 2, (FP&A certification is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, Accounting Software and ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
