Workdays - Mon to Fri, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Salary + Annual Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and proactive outreach.
General HR Functions:
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
