HR Executive (Urgent)

Yangon, Myanmar

Location - MICT Park, Hlaing

Workdays - Mon to Fri, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Salary + Annual Performance Bonus

Ferry Provided, Meal Allowance, Attendance Allowance


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and proactive outreach.

General HR Functions:

  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
