Sales Executive-OT&ICU-YGN (For Replacement)

Duties & Responsibility:
Cold call and visit prospects on location.
Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators.
Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory.
Build customer relationships with hospital staff.
Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices.
Provide product demonstrations and support.
Place replenishment orders at existing accounts.
Maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products.
Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.
Communicate between sales, marketing and support teams to improve customer experience.
Generating leads, marking sales calls, continuously updating CRM data and meeting sales target.
Job Specification (requirement):
Any Bachelor's degree and preferably a medical-related degree.
Proven experience in sales in the medical field, preferably in the Medical Equipment Industry.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs.
