Inventory Supervisor (IPO Readiness) (Male/Female   1 Post)

Job Description

-Develop and enforce SOPs for all stock movements to meet audit standards.

-Act as the main point of contact for external auditors during pre-IPO stock counts.

-Execute and verify cycle counts according to the scheduled plan.

-Investigate and document any stock discrepancies with proper management approval.

-Ensure all data entry in the system (SAP/Odoo) is accurate and up-to-date.

- Accurately create and update New Product Masters in the system with correct descriptions, units of measure (UoM),

-Identify and report on obsolete or slow-moving items.

- Provide strategic decision-making support to Management through accurate inventory data analysis       

   and timely reporting of stock-related risks.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, or Accounting (LCCI Level 2/3 preferred).
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in inventory control and team management.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP experience.
• Integrity: High level of honesty and attention to detail.
