Job Position - Accountant (AR)

Location - MICT Park, Hlaing, Yangon
Working Hours - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Mon to Fri
Attractive Salary + Meal Allowance + Attendance Allowance, Ferry Provided

Duties & Responsibility

  • Announce the daily exchange rate
  • Download the daily bank statement 3 times and prepare memos for the Controlling team to enter transactions
  • Check and verify customer payments with Concordia Sales Sections, Online Sales, Branches, MDC and CIL
  • Follow up advance payment transactions by creating memos and matching them to correct invoice
  • Check Credit Invoices from the Delivery Dept in SAP for payment status (received/no received, Tender, FSMA)
  • Phone Calling for Credit Invoices and COD Invoices (All Sales Dept_10A, 2Med, 3Eng 41ser, 42ser, 43ser)
  • Adding a Phone Call (Cash Collect) Pipeline in Odoo CRM
  • Update the status of original invoices (Received: Yes/No) in SAP
  • File original invoices by month and make copies for daily use
  • Do cash collection runs to the showroom or other outside locations when needed
  • Prepare Docuwork and request approval signature for Inter Company Loan from Customer Incomes
  • Ensure all financial transactions and processes comply with internal controls and company policies.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Education: 
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience: 
Minimum 3 years in accounting or related financial role.
