Job Description               

  • Support medical and technical features with sale related activities such as demonstrations, workshops, conference, KOL visits together with other sales team members.
  • Need to analyze customer insights, customer trends, market analysis, and best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Work very closely with other teams such as sales, operation etc and see for sale and some digital achievement
  • Conduct training internally and improve product knowledge.
  • Need to prepare quotations, invoices, pre-promotion preparedness (like catalog, snacks and etc).
  • Learn product nature and adjust with customers need to match.
  • Make rapport and establish relationships with medical practitioners.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Can work under pressure and have the sense for customer relationship.
  • Performing related duties of the senior in cases of absence or emergency.

Job Requirements

  • Any Degree holders in medical background (Paramedical, Nurses) or relevant sale experiences who are interested in medical devices and equipment.
  • At least (2) years’ experience in related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management and Technical/ Clinical knowledge of medical equipment is a must.
  • Also need to have an attitude of problem solving and find solution,
  • Must be able to communicate well with seniors and inter-department effectively.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Able to travel if needed.
