What is a Performance Bank Guarantee (10%)?
A Performance Bank Guarantee (usually 10% of the contract value) is submitted by the winning bidder to guarantee proper execution of the contract. It protects the buyer against non-performance or breach of contract.

· Bid Bond Release – Returned to all unsuccessful bidders after tender evaluation. The winning bidder’s Bid Bond is released after signing the contract and submitting the Performance Guarantee.
