Job Responsibilities
Install and maintain medical equipment at customer sites.
Report daily service activities.
Attend service meetings and support the Yangon team.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Provide basic training to customers on product usage.
Work with the market team for joint installations.
Maintain and update service records in the system.
Coordinate with other departments to complete tasks.
Open and close service jobs in SAP system.
Assist market and account teams when needed.
Perform basic equipment checks and office maintenance.
Attend internal staff meetings and support ABMT activities.===========================================
Job Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Biomedical, or related fields).
Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in technical service preferred.
Basic knowledge of medical equipment is a plus.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
Willingness to travel for service visits.
Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
Strong customer service mindset.
Basic English communication skills.
