1. Scope
Every item leaving Concordiaâs warehouse â whether factory brand new, ex-demo, repacked, or customer return â must carry a Pre-Sale QC Certificate. This ensures all items are inspected, approved, and documented before delivery, protecting both customers and company reputation.

A. Pre-Sale Form AÂ
- for Factory Delivered Brand-New Items
Must be checked by Service Engineer
Must be counter-signed by his/her Superior (Service Manager)
Certificate pasted on box before dispatch

Service Engineer â checks technical condition & fragile parts
Final approval & signature by Sales Manager
Only after all sign-offs, item may be released
