Job Description

·         Stock transfer In/Out at Software

·         Optimize software data and keep them update at the report

·         Check the error of daily data input and report to Manager or Supervisor if error is found

·         Ensure to finish daily transactions at the software

·         Manage stock levels to ensure optimum holding to meet availability requirements

·         Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards

·         Carry on monthly stock count

·         Cooperate with warehouse team for annual ground check and support

·         Daily activities report to Head of Department

Requirements - Skills, and Knowledge

·         Graduated or University student

·         Minimum of 2-years experience as inventory management software such as SAP, Odoo

·         Proficient in Computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)

·         Good problem-solving and time management skills

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Learning to new environment
