Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell company products to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients.
* Conduct sales presentations tailored to client needs.
* Analyze market trends and explore new business opportunities.
* Update CRM with customer and sales activity data.
* Provide regular reports to the Assistant Sales Manager.
* Attend client meetings, trade shows, and internal discussions.
* Use Power BI for reporting sales and inventory data.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience (preferably in medical or related fields).
* Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Proficient in CRM and Power BI is a plus.
* Age between 25 to 30 years.
* Excellent work ethic and sales competencies.
