Understand the business data models and analyze the detail business requirements

Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis with reporting components from multiple data sources

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

Collaborate and build analysis data modelling capabilities with Bl team and other team to develop data-driven solutions

Developing and executing data analytics plans to solve complex business problems

Perform advanced data analysis for the predictions, uncover insights

Well documented for data models, algorithms and PBI interface & logic

Proactively monitor data scheduled and solve the related PBI issue

Ensure high-performance, efficient, and structured analysis

Continuously adapt the latest PBI features, best practices and optimize in the reporting layer

Implement the security layer models in Power Bl reports and dashboards based on data standards

Working closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and data requirements

Manage and plan for quarterly sales bonus with assign person

To carry out any other duties or special project which may assign to you from time to time by Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.

• Translate business requirements into data analytics solutions.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power Bl.

• Perform statistical analyses and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KP ls).

• Create predictive models and perform advanced data modeling.

• Lead and mentor junior analysts in best practices for data analytics.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance policies.

• Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power Bl).

• Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
