၁။ အဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုချက်

အတွင်းလူ (Insider) ဆိုသည်မှာ -

✔ ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ အရာရှိများ၊ ဒါရိုက်တာများ၊ ဝန်ထမ်းများ

✔ အရေးကြီးသော မပြန်မီသတင်း (Material Non-Public Information - MNPI) ကို သိရှိသူများ

တားမြစ်ထားသော အပြုအမူများ -

❌ MNPI ကို အသုံးချ၍ အတိုးအဖြိုက်ရှာခြင်း

❌ မိသားစုဝင်များအား အချက်အလက် မျှဝေခြင်း (Tipping)

၂။ လိုက်နာရမည့် စည်းမျဉ်းများ

• Trading Window ကာလအတွင်းသာ ကုန်သွယ်ခွင့်ရှိ

• Blackout Periods (ဘဏ္ဍာရေးအစီရင်ခံမတိုင်မီ ၁၅ ရက်) တွင် လုံးဝတားမြစ်

• Pre-Clearance လျှောက်ထားခြင်း (အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိများအတွက်)
