Principle of Method
Principle of Mindray Haematology analyzer
Impedance method
Use the pulse current generated by resistance change when BC passing the hole for counting. Dilution sample of WBC and RBC will be controlled under one negative pressure, and they will flow into respective passages by their own counting hole, and then the cell signal will be identified, amplified and counted through two photoelectric sensors.
Colorimetry
Lyse break down RBC and react with HGB to generate a mixture for HGB measurement.
The mixture has the biggest absorbance at 525nm.
