Case Scenario (English)

ABC Manufacturing Ltd. is required to comply with environmental regulations regarding waste disposal. During a compliance audit, the auditor discovered:

1. The company has no updated waste management policy.

2. Waste disposal records were incomplete for the last 3 months.

3. Employees were not trained on new environmental regulations.

4. One department was disposing of chemical waste without following proper procedures.

The audit team issued a Noncompliance Report (NC Report) highlighting these findings and recommended corrective actions such as updating the policy, training employees, and ensuring complete documentation.
