Job Description
·
Assist in
planning and executing audits related to inventory management, including
physical inventory counts, stock records, and inventory movement tracking.
·
Help develop
audit programs and procedures focused on key areas of inventory risk.
·
Support the audit
team by gathering data, reviewing inventory reports, and performing
reconciliations of inventory records against physical counts.
·
Conduct
preliminary reviews of inventory related documents.
·
Collect and
organize audit evidence from various departments and stakeholders.
·
Assist in the
preparation of working papers and audit documentation.
·
Perform audit
procedures such as vouching, testing, and validation of transactions.
·
Epically, check
data collect and handling the documents related with consignment inventory and
Warehouse inventory.
·
Check
completeness and existence of inventory
Job Requirement
·
Understanding of
fundamental accounting principles, especially related to inventory management
and cost accounting
·
Need to be able
to analyze inventory records, spot discrepancies, and ensure accuracy
·
Need to be able
to review of inventory records and physical counts to ensure no discrepancies
carefully.
·
Can be able to
manage multiple tasks, can be able to choice prioritize effectively, and can be
able to meet deadlines
·
Good written and
verbal communication for preparing audit reports and collaborating with
different departments.
·
Familiarity with
software and Microsoft (especially Advance Excel, SAP, PBI, Odoo)
·
Need to be good
health. If need, can go trip in Myanmar (Branch office)
